During the initial phase of my selection process he was very accommodating even after I told him that I was going to test drive a competitor's car immediately after I test drove his Tucson. There was no pressure, he just provided me the information I wanted. I decided to purchase the Tucson and during the entire purchase process, I also had a trade-in, I felt well taken care of and never pressured. When Kao was giving me the keys, he noticed the detail guy had not done a good job so instead of allowing me to drive away he sent the car back to be fixed. I drove away a couple of hours later in a bright, new shiny car that I am very happy with. More
