My current Hyundai Sonata is in a body shop due to 'extended warranty' on paint peel. It should have been paid for in September when the body shop completed their work. It has yet to be paid. I want MY car's paint job to be paid for by Hyundai Corp. (As I was told it would be) This is now end of NOVEMBER. My (paid off) Hyundai Sonata has been in the body shop since AUGUST 2025. HOW can a huge corporation treat their existing customers like this and not pay for a job they said they'd pay for?!? Why would I ever buy another Hyundai when I have been treated this way????! So in answer to the question of my experience....I'm quite unhappy about Hyundai corporation and I promise to tell EVERYONE that I can about this experience. I could never recommend a Hyundai to anyone that I care about. More
