My vehicle was in the Odessa LITHIA for 2 months parked outside and no one tried to figure what was wrong. When they eventually looked at it the battery was dead. Of course it was! It was easy and smooth. The service tech was very nice but he needed back up. There was way too much going on for 1 person to handle. I was told about a 2 hr wait that went way past 2hrs. I also wanted to see about buying a service plan/ package and it was a task to find some one to help me. Once I found some one it was like they were annoyed that I had questions and did not seem to even know the products well. I also am having issues with electronics in my car. They told me the car would have to stay for a few weeks to figure it out and to just call the 1-800 # to get help. It's a 2026 and now I have a car that I feel like I can't get support on. More
