Eric is nice and polite, however, when he is out there is zero communication from anyone about the vehicle. My car was there for 2.5 weeks. While it was being serviced, I asked to have an oil change. I belie zero communication from anyone about the vehicle. My car was there for 2.5 weeks. While it was being serviced, I asked to have an oil change. I believe it was done, but noon went over anything with me. There was no checklist that levels or filters had been checked. When I took my car in, it had just been detailed and was clean inside and out. When I got it back, it was was filthy. They didn’t even run it through their own wash to knock the dirty off of it. More

I had such great service, went in for an oil change & tire rotation. Kristine was very friendly & helpful & my car was ready in less than an hour. I’m so glad I ended up buying a Hyundai when I got my ne tire rotation. Kristine was very friendly & helpful & my car was ready in less than an hour. Absolutely horrible communication. For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. No one answers the phone at the service center so I would have to choose the sales line and they said they “walked” over and someone would call me. Eric was always out of the office. No one helped me. I live 7 hours away and had to leave the car there for repair. I ended up having to pay someone to physically go into the service center to get an answer on my vehicle. More

I tried to make an appointment, but was unable to speak to a live human. I drove 1.5 hours one way to get there only to wait 3 more hours due to "first come, first served" that i want aware of. A 3 hour wait for that service seems excessive. Also, phone numbers online in several places for service dept connects to a Chevy dealership. They actually gave me the Lithia phone number. More
