Service I went to two other Dealers before coming to Lithia of Reno. The other two made me feel as if they were doing me a favor when I came on their lot. Even though they were not busy, I had to go inside to ask for help and even then nobody came out. I left. Fast forward to Thomas and the excellent service I received by him and Doha ( finance manager). He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the options on the vehicle I purchased for my son. They are extremely easy to deal with ( even with the new construction).
