The Reno Subaru service department has always provided outstanding care to my 2019 Outback. Most recently I had my vehicle in for a brake flush and front and back oil differentials. The service was excell outstanding care to my 2019 Outback. Most recently I had my vehicle in for a brake flush and front and back oil differentials. The service was excellent, and Jennifer Casey walked me through everything from beginning to end and provided me with a loaner car for the day. I really appreciated the car for the day since I had a lot of errands to do, and the service was going to take 4-5 hours to complete. More

Richie was our service advisor.... When we called Richie made no communication or expectations that our car would be with them overnight… or for four days...after my husband and I persistently called to get our car back, which Richie was very hesitant to return our car, upon getting our car back 4 high end sunglasses (and prescription glasses) (Ray Band/gucci) were missing from the center console... also including irreplaceable jewelry. Items were not left out and they were in the center console of the car. Richie is not answering the calls, texts or voice messages....Brittany the manager lacks any sort of empathy. More
The salesperson was very "non pressure" and listened to my wants and needs. He guided me towards the Crosstrek as opposed to trying to upsell me the Outback, which I really wanted, but couldn't afford. All my wants and needs. I have had a very slow leak in one tire for months, causing the TPMS to produce an alert about every three weeks. I have just added air as needed. About three weeks after my service I got a TPMS alert, which I expected. To my surprise the alert was for low pressure on the same tire location (right front). This situation tells me that the tire rotation was not performed as called for on the service work order. This gives me concern about whether any other services may not be performed as called for on a work order. This was probably an employee oversight, but for an establishment that generally expects excellence in all facets of the business, this was a disappointment. More

Great for the sale but downhill after that. Don't accept the oil change deal. Then you get hit with the gross overcharging for absolutely everything else. Just to inspect the car at 30,000 mile Don't accept the oil change deal. Then you get hit with the gross overcharging for absolutely everything else. Just to inspect the car at 30,000 miles cost $1,000. All else like fluids, tire rotation, filters are add on. Carson City charges 20% less for pretty much everything. It is an expensive lesson. Sure do miss our Toyota Dealer who was straight, fair pricing, and a darn good vehicle. More
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Subaru and Manager Carl Adams I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Subaru and specifically with their ma Manager Carl Adams I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Subaru and specifically with their manager, Carl Adams. I hope that my feedback will shed light on the issues I faced and potentially help others avoid similar situations. I recently had an unfortunate incident involving a tire repair on my vehicle, which led me to interact with Subaru and its supposed commitment to customer service and integrity. On August 31, 2022, I brought my car to Subaru for a tire repair due to a nail/screw puncture. The warranty agreement clearly indicated that if the tire's tread depth was 2/32 or less, the warranty would not apply. However, my tire's tread depth was measured at a safe and qualifying 4/32, making it well within the terms of the warranty. My ordeal began when Subaru, through their manager Carl Adams, assured me that they would file a claim with the warranty company, NSD, to cover the repair as required. Unfortunately, despite their repeated assurances, I later received an email on March 29, 2023, informing me that there was no record of a claim ever being submitted or denied by NSD. What followed was a series of misleading statements and a complete lack of transparency from Subaru, leaving me frustrated and deceived. Carl Adams, who claimed to have submitted the claim multiple times over an eight-month period, never once provided any supporting documentation. This failure to follow through on his commitment and the subsequent lack of evidence raises serious questions about his integrity and professionalism. It is particularly disheartening to see a manager misuse their position of authority and mislead a customer who trusted them. Furthermore, Subaru's failure to fulfill their obligation to submit the claim led to NSD being unable to honor the warranty and replace my tires as required. This not only left me without the rightful coverage I was entitled to but also caused significant distress and inconvenience in my attempts to resolve the matter. As a professional Electrician, safety is paramount in my line of work. I would never compromise safety for personal gain or manipulate information to sell products. It is disheartening to see a manager like Carl Adams disregard the principles of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving safety-related issues. This entire experience has shattered the trust I once had in Subaru's reputation for quality service and customer care. As someone who has consistently relied on Subaru for servicing my vehicle and trusted their recommendations, this incident has left me deeply disillusioned. I genuinely believe that no one should have to go through such a distressing situation, especially where a manager's actions cause unnecessary stress, confusion, and financial strain. It is my sincere hope that Subaru and its management take these issues seriously, reevaluate their commitment to customer service, and ensure that no other customer falls victim to similar treatment. Did not vacuum all the broken glass between the sunshade and sunroof upon replacement and I'm unable to access it. Greasy fingerprints all over my headliner. Called Service advisor twice and service manager and sunroof upon replacement and I'm unable to access it. Greasy fingerprints all over my headliner. Called Service advisor twice and service manager a couple times as well, no call back. Terrible customer service! More

I stopped by three weeks after the service visit and a technician reset service notice. Two weeks have passed (six weeks since the service visit) and windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, and radiator fluids levels are extremely low. After four attempts calling, Chris nor any other Service Manager have responded to calls. The 30 thousand mile Service Visit cost over $600. I cannot help but questions if any works were done on the car. I hope Lithia Reno Subaru does not treat others in this manner. Poor workmanship and poor service. More
