GREAT customer service There was a recall on the passenger side airbag of my 2011 Tribeca. I called and asked for an appointment for Friday and the service rep on the phone There was a recall on the passenger side airbag of my 2011 Tribeca. I called and asked for an appointment for Friday and the service rep on the phone said no problem, bring it in first thing in the morning. My wife and I live in Susanville and decided to drive down Thursday night so we didn't have to do the drive first thing in the morning. We pulled into the lot and I went inside to the service desk. Immediate a young man asked if I had been helped. I asked him if it would be OK to drop our car off then and get a taxi to the Atlantis where we'd spend the night. He said no problem, had me drive our car into the service bay and then had the gal at the service desk call us a taxi. My wife and I are totally impressed with the friendliness and quality of customer service at Lithia. I recommend your business and crew to everyone. THANKS! More
