We bought a 2016 Outback the encountered some electrical and mechanical issues. We loved the car but ultimately a problem came up through no fault of our own that made me questions the reliability of that specific car for my wife and infant. The manager Randy was helpful and fair in helping us replace our 2016 with a 2017 Outback. We love the new outback and highly recommend this dealership. More

A Patient Process for My Wife's New Car! I have nothing but positive feedback on our purchase! It started when I clicked on the internet price on December 2015. Our salesman, Mike Lien, r I have nothing but positive feedback on our purchase! It started when I clicked on the internet price on December 2015. Our salesman, Mike Lien, responded immediately and continuously throughout the time it took for us to make a decision. I met Mike at the dealership, Lithia Subaru in Reno, in January 2016 and we instantly bonded. Mike is, to us, the epitome of what a sales person should be. He established an instant rapport with my wife and me and gave us honest and straight forward information throughout the process. When I went to the dealership I always asked for Mike because I felt he was “our” salesman. After exhaustive research and talking to each other, my wife and I decided on the model and options that were best for us. Mike’s patience finally paid off when we ordered a new Crosstrek exactly how we wanted on November 18th, 2016! He described to us exactly what to expect throughout the ordering process and there were no surprises at any stage, except when the vehicle arrived earlier than expected! We were also fortunate to meet Randy, the general manager. He too is a warm and friendly man who additionally made us feel welcome and relaxed to be working with this dealership. Finally, we met the finance manager, Steven Leetzow. He is very enthusiastic about Subaru and very supportive to what can be the most stressful part of a new car purchase but he reduced the stress and made the transaction a pleasant process. Finally, I cannot express enough how exceptionally satisfied we are working with Mike Lien. I now have a new friend and know I can count on him to always be there to answer questions and help us in any he can. I was in sales for many years and Mike exemplified what exactly it takes to be successful in sales. He did what many seem to overlook, he established a personal relationship with us. The rapport that he established set us at ease and made the process of making such a large purchase quite enjoyable, just the way it should be in my opinion! He’s definitely a keeper! More

I had purchased my first Subaru from Lithia just 6 months ago, and after an accident, found myself in need of new wheels. The short and simple of it is this... Paul and Andy are the BEST! They are informative, helpful, not pushy, and take your needs into consideration when helping you. This is the second time I've purchased my Subaru through them... and both times, I was pleased. Purchasing here was simple, quick (as quick as can be expected with the paperwork and all) and friendly! Great place to spend your money! More

He stuck with me, texting and updating me throughout the finance process, and while I know they are separate entities, I felt Michael was really on my side throughout the finance closing process. Paul Bushnell offered some very helpful assistance during the process, but overall, Michael and the whole staff were a joy to work with. This is the first car I've purchased, and had a great experience with Michael and the Subaru crew. More
