Frustrating customer service I was initially very happy with my purchase of abused Subaru at this location. However, I was only provided with the valet key which only locks/unlock I was initially very happy with my purchase of abused Subaru at this location. However, I was only provided with the valet key which only locks/unlocks one door. In asking about the electrical key that comes with the car, they said they contacted the previous owner who misplaced the key and said they would not be able to retrieve it. I then had to purchase a new key for $170. If this information had been given to me at the point of sale, I could have negotiated it into the deal. Instead, I am paying $200 for a key that I expected to receive with the car. Communication was not this dealer's strong suit. More
