Our initial contact for this particular purchase was Homero, who sent an email, then a follow-up phone call to try to interest us in trading in our 3 year old Forester. We loved that car, so it took some convincing to get us to consider the offer. Homero then introduced me to Tom, who was totally awesome, low pressure, friendly and sincere. Tom showed me some cars, then worked with Randy to create a deal that we couldn't refuse on a new 2016 Forester. Anyway, as the title says, everyone was awesome! (especially Tom) More
