Happened into this place asked sales person for year style , brief wait and directed to 2 cars ,sales person at first wouldn't haggle, saw car,drove car sales person insulted us by way of assuming we could not afford car . Reapproched manager over the phone and talked like he was aware of car and would take fixed amount and would we be coming down later, we aggerrd yes with cash and showed second time ,car parked in front of window and game of not finding in computer the car we drove. Well with much remorse further humillitation endured by stalling dealership practices,, was used trade in ,lots of miles in wear and tear not really justifying price asked. These cars are not any different than any other you still have to maintain usefulness and insurance adds up. We saw large inventory and sure these people want to hang on to all not to re-enter world but to prise like Tiffany. More
Bad Experience I went in to Lithia, to buy a new car, my experience with the internet sales team wasn’t that great. Before I went down to Lithia, I went on the Lith I went in to Lithia, to buy a new car, my experience with the internet sales team wasn’t that great. Before I went down to Lithia, I went on the Lithia website to see what my trade in was worth, I gave my trade a good condition which was about $7000.00. When I Findlay chose a car and agreed on a price, they made me feel that I was getting a discount on the new car. When the sales person came back from the sales office” the guy that makes the deals” with the paperwork, it showed only $4000.00 for my trade, I told them that on your website the traed in value on my car is $7000.00 and that’s what I want, they then said,” well if we give you $7000.00 for your car then we won’t discount are car:, who talks like that. So long story short, I “had” to pay sticker for the car, what a bad experience, I will never buy another car their. They need to stop taking advantage of people and learn better customer service; the most impotent thing is NOT the bottom line. The most important thing is making sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the deal, and they should not have the sales person's boss come into the room to try talking you into the deal. The negotiation possess was so bad and game-playing, I will NEVER buy from them again More
