I was visiting Fresno from San Diego when I experienced an unexpected issue with my the automatic window on the driver side of my vehicle - window would not stay closed and it was raining :( In desparatio an unexpected issue with my the automatic window on the driver side of my vehicle - window would not stay closed and it was raining :( In desparation I called your dealership and spoke to Pam who encouraged me to come by in the hopes that even with a busy work load perhaps they could help. Upon my arrival I had the pleasure to be checked in by Mike Jepson. Mike was extremely helpful and friendly immediately putting me at ease. Thank you Mike, you certainly made a stressful situation bearable. The window issue was resolved and I had my car back in a few hours time.
