They did very good job of polishing my headlights. Took awhile to resolve the knocking from the engine but happy it wasn't a engine replacement. That would have been very costly repair. We have had to bring our car to Subaru on three separate occasions to have work done. I have been pleased with all three visits. This most recent visit we had Josh as a service technician. Brandon was extremely helpful I was preparing for a out of town trip when the service engine light came on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and was transferred to the central service peopl of town trip when the service engine light came on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and was transferred to the central service people who said they didn't have a appointment until 10/29. I called on Monday and Brandon suggested I have a diagnostic test done by auto zone to see if it was the gas cap when I called him back and told him it was the heater control valve he said I could bring it in an leave it and they would work it in to the schedule as soon as possible since they were fully booked for the week. I dropped it off on Wed expecting to wait a week but he called Thur afternoon and my car was ready. His customer service skills are excellent. More
