60,000 mile service I was greeted and treated well by service personnel at Lithia Subaru on my arrival on the day of my appointment 10/29/19 at 10:00am. I knew my service was going to take awhile(all day) so I had my sister-in-law pick me up and we whiled away the first 4 0r 5 hours. When I got back to the service center they were still working on my car. They kept me updated on what was happening and working hard to get it finished. By end of Day I had my car all good as new and away I went . Everyone was very professional and courteous. More
