CONCERNS I scheduled an appointment for routine oil change and inspection. When my scheduled appointment day arrived I waited for the service bay doors to open I scheduled an appointment for routine oil change and inspection. When my scheduled appointment day arrived I waited for the service bay doors to open and pulled my car forward and was greeted by Michelle Her. I was asked what kind of service was to be performed and told Michelle that I had scheduled a routine oil service and inspection but had concerns about the engines cooling system. A service agreement was drafted and after the shuttle driver had dropped me at work, Michelle had called to let me know my concerns were warranted,the radiator had started to separate at the seam causing it to leak. The same day I was picked up by the shuttle driver and I inspected the radiator and the part was sourced and repaired the following Saturday. I have taken care of my vehicle and it takes care of me and it is good to know that in a sometimes unscrupulous world there are fair dealings when one is concerned.
