I've never dealt with such manipulation from a car dealership! Make sure you read the fine print, and do your homework before signing! Thankfully we did and walked out of a manipulative situation. Once they knew we caught on, that's when miraculously the numbers begin to change. Don't forget to read their Facebook reviews! Never again will we even attempt to shop at Lithia Toyota! Dishonest financial management! Be cautious!!! Shop around! There were plenty of other car dealerships in Billings that offered more for our trade-in, and had better deals all around! More

Great I arrived over a hour before my appointment. I live approximately 25 miles out of town.
