The dealership was very helpful when it came to purchasing the car and getting out the door. When it came to getting things done after the car was purchased, I had an extremely hard time contacting purchasing the car and getting out the door. When it came to getting things done after the car was purchased, I had an extremely hard time contacting anybody. I actually left five voicemails over a period of about three days, none of which were followed up on. I got lucky and expressed my dissatisfaction on a phone call with a different employee on a later day who helped fix my issues. None of the people who I left voicemails to ever called back, however. Not the best look on caring about the customer if you ask me! I will say, however, Lithia Toyota has been very quick to send me 1 million messages about rating them and their dealership.
