The experience with Lythia Toyota was a million times better. I will never do business again with Lythia Dodge; however, I would be happy to do business with Lythia Toyota again. I was shown a variety of vehicles, I did not feel any pressure to buy something outside of my price range. The dealer listed to me about what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. The couple things that I found wrong with the vehicle I purchased was fixed before I left the lot, even keeping the service department and sales department late past closing time. Much better than Dodge that basically shipped me out the door when I found multiple fluids leaking and the old vehicle left me sit just a couple days after purchase because I did not buy a warranty with it. I feel that Lythia Toyota stands behind their vehicles even if they are used... This was definitely a positive experience and I would definitely would recommend this dealership. Stay away from Lythia Dodge--In my opinion, the most corrupt dealership in Billings. More

For any new customer at Lithia Motors, I would highly recommend going straight to Kristen Paulsen's office ( BDC Administrator ). She has all of the right information for you and will pair you up with the right salesperson to make your buying experience a good one. She paired me up with Max Erickson . Max was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable about the vehicles, patient and did not try to pressure me into the sale. All of this made for a fairly smooth transaction. Get to know your salesman! My husband Dan and I purchased a 2012 Tacoma ( $30.000, no trade in, no financing ) from Lithia Toyota of Billings in June and while our experience du My husband Dan and I purchased a 2012 Tacoma ( $30.000, no trade in, no financing ) from Lithia Toyota of Billings in June and while our experience during the buying process was pleasant enough, we unfortunately found the attention to details after the sale were quiet disappointing. It took Jerry (our salesman) 3 weeks and several phone calls from my husband to get the spare key and door clicker which Jerry said was (somewhere) on the premises when we purchased the truck, he just had to locate them. We never did get the official Toyota baseball caps with the silver emblem we were promised. This is how we decide if this is a person we want to deal with again, give them a seemingly unimportant, mundane task like the cap thing and if they follow through we know this is a person whose word and handshake mean something to them, and we will likely deal with them again. Sadly Jerry failed the test badly. But the Dealership itself if fine, we have taken the truck back for servicing and such and will continue to do so, with the service department we couldn't be more pleased. More
