I have purchased four Toyotas in the passed ten years for me and my family. I love my new 2014 Toyota Camry. Richard took good care of me when I started looking for a new car. He found exactly what I wanted and helped with all the setup of the "smart car stuff". I started with a Camry in 2001, a Tacoma in 2005(I gave to my son in 2010), a 4 Runner in 2010, and came full circle to another Camry in December. Make that five Toyotas, I forgot the Corolla I bought for my son in 2008. Funny story: He and his college friends took a weekend trip to New Orleans and had a highway accident. No one was hurt and the car was not drivable and had to be towed to the next town. The boys then rented another car and went on to New Orleans. THEN called home to tell us they had a wreck. And their response was nothing gets in the way of fun. It wasn't funny at the time, but thanks to the safety of his Corolla, we can laugh about it now. I had been looking for a 2012 Ford F150 Harley Davidson Edition truck on the internet and came across one at Lithia Toyota of Odessa in Texas. The only problem was that I live in Florida. There would be no Edition truck on the internet and came across one at Lithia Toyota of Odessa in Texas. The only problem was that I live in Florida. There would be no way for me to inspect or drive the truck. I had to put my trust in a salesman and hope it worked out. Fortunately, I got to deal with salesman Trey Schwartz. From the very beginning he did everything to answer my questions and assure me that the vehicle was in great condition. Everything he told me was true and accurate. After agreeing on a fair price, Trey(as well as the finance manager Craig Hansen) went above and beyond to get all the paperwork and particulars done in a timely matter. Their attention to detail was amazing. Furthermore, Trey met the transport guys on a Sunday morning when the dealership was closed. That's right, he came in on his day off to make sure that my truck was properly put on the transport trailer to be shipped to Florida. That is exceptional customer service. I could not be any happier. If you ever have any concerns about buying a vehicle over the internet, as long as you deal with Trey and Lithia Toyota of Odessa, you will be very satisfied. More

As soon as you came in the dealership greeted you and assisted you. Waited over 3 hours on 10-24-13 to be told they didn't have part. The lady said I would have to pay my deductible of $100 so they could order part. I paid that. My wife was headed to Odessa the following Monday so I said she would bring back and they said OK. They said how early can she be here and I said she won't be here until afternoon and they said if you bring that late there is no guarantee they will get to it. So, I took another day off work today to bring truck. I got there and they took truck and the guy said the lady I was dealing with was no longer with the company and that I still owed $100 on my deductible. When guestioned why my deductible was another $100, the guy said I Don't Know, but that is what it says here in a very ugly manner. I aked how long and he said not long, so I sat down and waited. Four and Half hours later I went to counter and another lady asked if she could help me. I explained to her I had been waiting for almost five hours and she asked my name. She looked it up and said, Oh its ready!! Why didn't anyone tell me? She just looked puzzled and found the guy I originally talked to. No explanation was given. Will not Come back!! Will tell everyone I know NOT to go there!! Two trips from 160 miles round trip and two days off work to wait a total of 8 hours!! More

He was extremely accommodating when we had to change delivery dates. The car was immaculate when it arrived, and Paul spent time showing us the features of our new car. Recently, I tried to get my 25k service on my Toyota with you and was told that due to the mileage being 25061, that the warranty was over and could not be performed. Added to that was the fact that I purchased an extended service warranty directly through my dealership in North Augusta, SC in which I was told was honored nationally at any Toyota dealership in the US. When I tried to use that, I was told that Lithia of Odessa didn't honor the extended service warranty. I called Bob Richards Toyota in SC and was told the warranty was in fact by Toyota of California and is a valid warranty for Toyota dealerships. This kind of laziness and unwillingness to serve the customer is very disturbing and I hope this is read by the owner and or General manager of Lithia of Odessa. I know I'm just one customer but this kind of treatment is what breaks a thriving company and puts a dealership out of business. I for one do not plan to invest anymore of my time in Lithia of Odessa. Perhaps Midland Toyota will treat me with better service and commitment. More

Sprull made our recent purchase of my new Tacoma the absolute best experience we've ever had with a salesperson and dealership. We live a considerable distance from Odessa and Lithia is the nearest Toyota dealership in our area, therefore, this transaction was initiated over the internet and handled from that point over the phone. When we arrived on the day we agreed on, the truck was there, washed, and fueled up. JD took the time to explain all the features of it to me (something the last dealer did not) and we were on the road in a very short time. I have already recommended this dealership and salesman to two of my friends and will continue to do so. More
