During this pandemic I got notices in the mail for some recalls on my Toyota Corolla 2018 plus it was time for my maintenance check. Mark was fantastic!! Had to keep the car a few days. Everything and everyone was great! Took care of my needs and then some. Didn’t know I had a bad tire, but they did. Great service, Rob Silva was polite and went over everything for me. I have for many years have been extremely happy with our service. We, Mark Souza and I bought a Camry there in 2009 and never had everything for me. I have for many years have been extremely happy with our service. We, Mark Souza and I bought a Camry there in 2009 and never had an issue. Wish I could say the same for sales and finance. Jacob was awesome when we bought the Rav 4, but the rest of my experience was a nightmare. I did send a letter, but got no response. So have your sales and finance department learn from the service department. More
