Buying a car in winter in Des Moines can be a struggle, but Jeremy made the expereience as painless as possible. He cleaned off the car, warmed it up and then went with me on a test drive. He took all of my info and delivered it to the Credit Manager while he demonstrated another car to me to minimize my time at the dealership. When that was done, I signed papers and was driving out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I had anticipated that I would have to wait for delivery of the car, but this dealership exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy a VW. He is a bright young man that goes above and beyond to please. More

The experience with Lithia was great and especially the service I got from Jeremy. Because I have a H1B visa and no credit built up yet its hard to get a loan for a car. I know most people are used to spending "hours" at a dealership, but I literally spent one hour including financing.
