Best Experience Ever!! I was shopping for a pearl white Lexus and Lithia was my last stop of the day. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, a superb salesman, and he had my I was shopping for a pearl white Lexus and Lithia was my last stop of the day. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian, a superb salesman, and he had my dream car sitting in the back lot. Although they were officially closed on Saturday after 5 pm, they stayed open just for me so I could buy my car that night! Brian also secured the best price for my trade-in in a matter of minutes. Chris, finance manager, also prepared all the paperwork in a jiffy. I am so glad I stopped at Lithia. This was my first visit here and will not be my last. I would give this first class dealership a 10 out of 10 for their outstanding customer service. More

Lied to my face about so many things. Talked back to me and my wife. Had me do paperwork to take the car for the night and bring back tomorrow but what they really did was sell me a car. All the paperwork and my wife. Had me do paperwork to take the car for the night and bring back tomorrow but what they really did was sell me a car. All the paperwork they gave me was so that I could take it home and show my wife and then come back tomorrow. I didn't get my plates or a congratulations or another set of keys or anything when I left. The next day they said to bad you just bought a car and there is no way you can return it. There is so much more detail but I am exhausted and still dealing with the attorney generals office so if you want to know about what happened I guess contact me. More
