Jontay Williams has given me such great service every time I come in whether it is for a routine oil change or for service and repairs. Communication is clear. He swings by and gives me updates on my ser time I come in whether it is for a routine oil change or for service and repairs. Communication is clear. He swings by and gives me updates on my service regularly if I am waiting in the lobby or through phone calls/text messages if I have to leave my car overnight or wait for a part to arrive. Jontay is knowledgeable and able to answer most of my questions. When he isn’t, he seeks out people who would have the answers and gets back to me in a timely fashion. I always feel well taken care of when I take my car to Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines. More
