I actually found the car I bought online and did a distance buy from Virginia. Everyone from top down were great and easy to deal with. I felt totally comfortable with my purchase and all my questions were answered immediately. Faris was just great to deal with as a salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and again answered all my questions immediately or followed up quickly if he couldn't answer something. He took pictures of everything that I asked about and explained every detail of the car including any blemishes. On top of him being a great salesman, he's a car guy which brought a level of enthusiasm that you don't really see anymore. I highly recommend Lithia and go see Faris! More

We bought a car from them in July w new brakes they promised us or so our salesman Zach said.Well when my brake ware light came on and after having a mechanic look at it, we were told we had 10 percent promised us or so our salesman Zach said.Well when my brake ware light came on and after having a mechanic look at it, we were told we had 10 percent pads left... called Lithia they didn’t believe us so we went in to have them check it... our pads we’re at 3mm... didn’t apologize for their mistake or offer to replace for free.... only to order the parts and change them for their cost. Service guy acted like he couldn’t take to the sales guy to see what he mentioned when we bought it. We had to go to corporate for someone to even call us back. Very poor customer service and skeezy salesmen... More

All in all, I would buy from here again. It is a bit misleading to advertise certain pricing, yet offer significantly different pricing when taking advantage of 0.0 APR.
