Stopped in at the Express Service for an oil change. Finished in 40 minutes after being told by the gal who asked "what brought me in", that it would be 2 hours. Pleasantly suprised! We were overcharged for an oil change that we had a coupon for. There was a lot of confusion about what we should pay. In the end we paid a lot more that the coupon said we should. Every time we take the car in for something there is always something wrong with it after we get home. Example: took in for tire rotation, get home and the tire pressure light is on so we have to drive always something wrong with it after we get home. Example: took in for tire rotation, get home and the tire pressure light is on so we have to drive back ( 30 minute drive by the way). After that drive we get home and one of the turn signals isn’t working, drive back again. We are now driving at night and noticed there are no dome lights, so now we will need to contact you again, so frustrating. Just once we would like to pickup our car with everything working.
