Immoral finance department. Original quote was for a 3.89% loan. I said payments were too high. Miraculously I somehow now qualified for a 2.19% loan! Amazing how my credit rating improved in fiftee 3.89% loan. I said payments were too high. Miraculously I somehow now qualified for a 2.19% loan! Amazing how my credit rating improved in fifteen minutes! Why couldn’t they just give me their best rate the first time? Makes me worry that I could have qualified for a better rate. They obviously do not have the best interests of the customer at heart. One star rating is too generous. Would not recommend. More

This was the worst service experience I have experienced. No time was communicated for length of service for an oil change and routine inspection. No amenities were offered or made aware of. I twice asked for an update and got varying degrees of an answer - the first was it’s backed up in a queue - fair. The second was we don’t know and the third was we just need to wash your car now. After completion of service there was nothing communicated to me regarding how the inspection went, no details on any aspect and was given my keys and sent on my way. A poor experience from start to finish. Lack of communication across the board. Has to be better next time. I arrived at 12.55 for a 1pm appointment and didn’t leave until 4pm. Not good enough. More
