I set a oil change appt, 3 weeks earlier. I discuss check my brakes with Jason. He then sold me a 169$ brake fluid change without letting me know the costs. There is no communication. It's never done on time I dropped off my car on Monday. They told me my car would be done on Wednesday. Then on Thursday..And no word from them until I called the shop on Fri I dropped off my car on Monday. They told me my car would be done on Wednesday. Then on Thursday..And no word from them until I called the shop on Friday afternoon. They weren't sure if my car was done or not. I told them done or not I will be there on Saturday to pick it up one way or the other. I picked up my car on Saturday afternoon. It is impossible to ever reach them by phone or e-mail. I personally think they don't take me serious due to I'm a women. This is my third Passat. And we will be taking my car to a different VW Dealer if it needs any kind of services done. More

Slow Service, Didn't Wash My Car, Made My Car Smell I took my car into Lithia to perform a scheduled recall repair. When I arrived some guy took me into the main part of the building, and then just dis I took my car into Lithia to perform a scheduled recall repair. When I arrived some guy took me into the main part of the building, and then just disappeared. It took about 10 minutes for someone to arrive and ask me if I was being helped. The repair was supposed to take about an hour to 90 minutes. It took almost 2 and a half hours. When they were finished, they said "You didn't want your car washed, did you?" I said that I did, and they said "Well, that'll be another 30 minutes." So I said forget it. When I got in my car, I was immediately struck with a disgusting smell of sweat and grease. They didn't bother to clean the inside of the car either, and it smelled very bad. Just an overall poor experience. More
