Disappointed Twice I brought my Jeep in for service because there was a groaning noise when I turned the wheel and/or went over a speed bump. The first time I was told they didn't hear the noise. The second time was after I had my Jeep aligned somewhere else. That mechanic told me it was the struts. The Jeep dealer service technician told me that they couldn't find anything. I insisted that they check again and sure enough, I needed struts. I believe they didn't want to fix it because I purchased an extended warranty and they weren't going to make much money for the repair. More
