Baught lithium lifetime oil change $650+ and now they’re not honoring it! They’re saying I have to go to Elkgrove to get my oil changed…. I live in Stockton. I called this dealership directly, they made me an appointment. I drove 45 minutes and will drive 45 minutes home because after I pulled in, they informed me that they are no longer Lithia and cannot accept my car. I spent a day off and $50 in gas when a phone call, text, email, or letter would have been helpful. They could have canceled in advance or offered a gas card for wasting my day, or even said sorry. None of that happened. Do not service your vehicle here. More

Do not purchase lifetime oil change. They referred me to a ford dealer in Elk Grove. Said the dealership was sold and new owner would not honor previous owners contract.
