Hello, We understand your frustration with the situation. You purchased a prepaid Toyota maintenance plan from someone, we assume it was the dealer who sold you your car. That plan entitles you to a certain amount of agreed upon services. The 75k mile service on that plan included a tire rotation and a multi-point inspection, which goes along with the Toyota recommended services for that many miles on your car. According to the manufacturer requirements you should get an oil change at 80k miles. I know that Alex tried to explain that to you in detail. I know he had the tech check your tires twice, he noted that the front two tires were almost at minimum specs and had feathering. He noted the rear two did not. That is our opinion regardless of when you got them. As we also explained to Toyota. I'm sorry you disagree with our opinion. We wish you the best in taking care of your car going forward and are sorry to have lost your business. If you would like to discuss this any further please feel free to contact me personally.
