Horrible, I will never go back to this dealership. 75,000 mile service . I drove 1.5 hours to dealership and in two hours they managed to rotate my tires and tell me I need new tires. I just bought new tires mile service . I drove 1.5 hours to dealership and in two hours they managed to rotate my tires and tell me I need new tires. I just bought new tires four months ago. When I questioned the technician he said he was unsure why I needed new tires. I asked him to double check and then he said they were fine. No oil change, no filters changed, no nothing for two hour service but trying to rip me off for new tires. I reported this dealership to Toyota corporate. More

My salesperson was nice but I was taken advantage of and oversold by $3000. My fault for taking the bait.
