Very good on warranty work… HOWEVER had an appointment for check engine light on and car went into shop 4 hours after appointment time!!! Wasted day waiting on diagnosis. Seem to be very under staffed, bu for check engine light on and car went into shop 4 hours after appointment time!!! Wasted day waiting on diagnosis. Seem to be very under staffed, but continue to book appointments without letting customers know they will be waiting so long!!!. Guy who took car in didn’t seem to really care one way or another. Went back for car and the only service person to help me or acknowledge that I was standing in the door waiting was a kind man named Horatio. He wasn’t the original person helping me, but thankfully he got my keys and got me going again.

I had appointment on 7/22/2022 at 11:30am and the service department could not look at my car until the next day. My car finally got in for service around 1:00pm. I was told they had several big jobs come in department could not look at my car until the next day. My car finally got in for service around 1:00pm. I was told they had several big jobs come in and that is why it was not looked at. I am very upset with the quality of the KIA sorento and the service dept. I will be looking for another vehicle and I will not ever get another KIA. I will tell everyone I meet who is looking for a vehicle to stay away from KIA. More
