This is an absolutely terrible dealership to work with. After test driving a Seltos, the salesman Ryan made an initial offer that was more than $10,000 above MSRP. I had already spoken with two other Kia d After test driving a Seltos, the salesman Ryan made an initial offer that was more than $10,000 above MSRP. I had already spoken with two other Kia dealerships in the area and was able to receive approximate out the door prices from both that were significantly more reasonable, although they were both waiting for shipments of the new year’s model. When trying to negotiate, Ryan was rude, condescending, at at times outright insulting. Ultimately, I received a written offer from Friendly Kia later that day that was more than $6,000 better than Ryan’s “best” price for the same exact car. Save yourself the trouble and make Friendly Kia your first stop and avoid this dealership. I doubt I will ever deal with any member of the Lokey dealership family again. More

We had a great experience in buying a new car Kia. Everyone was polite and courteous to us so we enjoyed being there.We love our new car, do you know my wife wants to drive right now. I do have a couple questions about going online and download the Kia app and have it on my phone. I’m not sure I did it right because I would like to be able to do service and stuff online. 7 AM couple days or so I’ll come in and see if somebody can help me with that. We love our new soul. More
