Always excellent customer service! I was notified when my car was done with inspection and was told was what needed to be done. I received another call when my car was ready, exactly a I was notified when my car was done with inspection and was told was what needed to be done. I received another call when my car was ready, exactly as long as they said it would take. My service tech even walked me to my car when I came to pick it up. Love Kia!! More

I would have given 5 stars but I have a real issue with the wait time for service. Service opens at 7:30, I arrive at 8:00 for an 8:15 appointment for an oil change, but don’t get checked out 9:40. Ridic the wait time for service. Service opens at 7:30, I arrive at 8:00 for an 8:15 appointment for an oil change, but don’t get checked out 9:40. Ridiculous! An oil change takes 30 minutes. Why do walk ins get priority over people who make an appointment in advance? Happens EVERY time! More
