First thing I want to mention is my service advisor did a great job so I do not want any of this to reflect on him and his name was Horatio. However, the work done on my vehicle I was not pleased with. My ve great job so I do not want any of this to reflect on him and his name was Horatio. However, the work done on my vehicle I was not pleased with. My very first time I had an appointment I was asked if I needed to wait there for my vehicle I said yes. I showed up and was then told that they were not going to be able to do it in one day and was informed that the appointment person should have never scheduled me. However, they did schedule me. Rather than somebody calling to let me know, I drove all the way there and had to turn around and go back home as I asked for a rental and they did not have anything for me. I returned about a week later when I was able to drop it off they did get me a rental and paid for that and did my brakes and that was about $300. I returned my vehicle after that because it sounded like the brakes we're grinding and my emergency break light started lighting up at the same time and my backup camera stopped working. I did learn after that. My backup camera was something unrelated which is fine however, once I return my vehicle they then told me that I had another issue going on with my rear speed sensors but they still told me there is no noise coming from the brakes so I allowed them to fix my vehicle again for the rear speed sensors and that came up to a little under $600. I've got my vehicle back again and my brakes were still making a grinding noise at this point I can no longer keep continuing to take off of work and my car is still making the same grinding noise I'm not quite sure where else to go from this point on. Brought my Sportage in for scheduled service and the staff from the first person I saw until the job was complete were excellent. This was my first time taking the car in myself as an amputee and it wa staff from the first person I saw until the job was complete were excellent. Lokey's Kia Service department was impressive. I was in and out in an hour. Everyone was friendly and the waiting room was very accommodating especially since I had a time commitment several hou I was in and out in an hour. Everyone was friendly and the waiting room was very accommodating especially since I had a time commitment several hours later. There was a nice man who greeted me when I arrived and expedited me to an awaiting Service Rep and his assistant. I had barely gotten into my reading material when the Service Assistant came and got me and had already checked me out and helped me into my car. It doesn't get much easier or better than that. I would definitely recommend Lokey Kia Service Department though I did purchase my Kia elsewhere. More
