Went in to schedule service but was taken in immediately. Was told my car would be ready by 2:30pm but it was done at 2pm including a car wash. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I paid extra to get free oil changes for as long as I own this vehicle, and Lokey Kia is always accommodating with my desired appointment times. I know to always use the shuttle as the oil changes seem to t this vehicle, and Lokey Kia is always accommodating with my desired appointment times. I know to always use the shuttle as the oil changes seem to take a while. But I've never had any problems with service, and if any problems are found, the service advisor calls me prior to taking any actions. More
