I had a 9am appointment. Dropped it off at 8am. Took courtesy van home. Called at 10am to check if completed. Was told still in service. Asked to be called back. Did not get a call back. Called again at courtesy van home. Called at 10am to check if completed. Was told still in service. Asked to be called back. Did not get a call back. Called again at 10:30am. Told still in service. I asked for courtesy van to pick me up to go back to dealership. Once I got there at 10:40am I was checked out immediately and when I went to get car it was blocked in which meant it was completed earlier. Why does an oil change take over an hour to be completed? Not good. More
