The ONLY disappointment I had was the shop didn't have the parts for my car that they suggested I have replaced, and I had to wait one day longer for the return of my vehicle. Awful customer service. I purchased vehicle they had four days to get ready. I called them day before to let them know please have the vehicle ready for pickup. I went next I purchased vehicle they had four days to get ready. I called them day before to let them know please have the vehicle ready for pickup. I went next day the vehicle was nasty. They had lost the spare key. All kind of decals marking on the windshield. I had to make over 10 calls and text messages just to get the response back for the key. Management never tells the truth. Absolutely lairs. More
