Wolf Otto was excellent. The finance dept. left a bit to be desired. Your head finance man took excellent care of us the day after the sale. The FL package of 4 locking lug nuts and Nitrogen in the tires f be desired. Your head finance man took excellent care of us the day after the sale. Sales people were pleasant and personable, but I don't think they listened to my needs. 1) NOT a dark color (car is dark gray), easier for handicapped driver to enter and exit than Sportage (Seltos is sma think they listened to my needs. 1) NOT a dark color (car is dark gray), easier for handicapped driver to enter and exit than Sportage (Seltos is smaller and MORE difficult), navigation and serius radio ( my phone cannot connect).. I wasn't given the opportunity to get behind the wheel until I took possession June 1st. I was only in the passenger seat which I could get in and out easily - the driver's side is much more difficult and very uncomfortable. The back tailgate is manual, which I knew, I can open it, but closing it is difficult. I am a physically handicapped senior citizen which is apparent and not taken into consideration. Because of limited capabilities, my daughter had to buy a new phone for me because I couldn't afford to do this. The only reason I wanted to trade the Sportage was that I wanted the front collision prevention and the Sportage was difficult for me to get in and out of. The Seltos is even MORE difficult! I should have kept my 2018 Sportage and NEVER trusted Lokey for a new lease. This is a mistake I will NEVER make again. Maybe I should make up signs and post in the car windows that say "This horrble vehicle was leased from Lokey Kia- beware!" Driving around with that for 3 years might get attention! More
