I have gone for service a few times each time it was not a good experience. I schedule my oil change online. When I arrive they are several employees at the office and not one would greet or even acknowled a good experience. I schedule my oil change online. When I arrive they are several employees at the office and not one would greet or even acknowledge you. My first I thought well they may be overwhelmed since there was a few customers waiting. But my last visit I was the only one in that office with 3 people working. No one was on the phone or seemed to busy to even greet me. Finally after a good 10min. Yes I was very patient. I politely said excuse me can anyone help me. No one said a word. Silence . One of them looked at me then looked down. A few seconds later he finally told me it will be a minute but in a tone as if was such a bother to acknowledge me. I know the service is part of my purchase with them. But I decided I would rather pay then get treated as I did. I am a rather patient person and always believe that sometimes people have bad days but this has happened each visit. And to be honest you can see how they treat other customers that are from a different ethnic group so much better. They make it so obvious. Too bad because my sales man that sold me the car was awesome. He should probably think of going elsewhere he is losing customers due to the lack of great customer service at the service dept. More
