The staff are not professional at all , I called multiple times try to get my daughter car warranty mail to my house, the phone been transferred to one person after another, finally bouncing back to the fina times try to get my daughter car warranty mail to my house, the phone been transferred to one person after another, finally bouncing back to the financial guy he said we shower it in the mail and he has no idea what’s going on AND that’s it , we hit the brick , so frustrated, no one seems wants help us. When we asked a salesman why, we were told that they only had to maintain a 6ft distance. Not enough! Wearing a mask shows RESPECT for those around you. Does Lokey Kia care? More
