Pandemic restrictions needs help Your service was fine and done in a timely manner. I was most surprised that the Kia staff were not wearing masks at this time. The staff are not professional at all , I called multiple times try to get my daughter car warranty mail to my house, the phone been transferred to one person after another, finally bouncing back to the fina times try to get my daughter car warranty mail to my house, the phone been transferred to one person after another, finally bouncing back to the financial guy he said we shower it in the mail and he has no idea what’s going on AND that’s it , we hit the brick , so frustrated, no one seems wants help us.
