Very disappointed I had scheduled my free oil change and when I arrived, I had asked if they could take a look at the back up camera, that they put in and see if the co I had scheduled my free oil change and when I arrived, I had asked if they could take a look at the back up camera, that they put in and see if the cord is loose, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. When Chris came to get me to say truck was done he told me someone would be calling me with contact name and number of who to cal to look at the camera.... still waiting for that call! Also when I got in the truck and checked the label telling me when the oil change was due next, it had the wrong date and mileage on it... so do I know if my oil was changed or not? No.... More

Factory Maintenance Traffic less than expected so arrived almost an hour prior to scheduled appointment. But Lokey wasn't fazed.
