Nicole is Awesome I came in for routine oil change and to check one tire that was low on pressure. Nicole explained the "what-if's" with the tire and I explained that I I came in for routine oil change and to check one tire that was low on pressure. Nicole explained the "what-if's" with the tire and I explained that I had a 2-hr window of time. It was very busy in the service waiting area, but Nicole gave me an update on the tire and explained that it could be repaired for a small fee. Then, my 2-hour timeframe approached. I inquired and expressed my anxiousness to Nicole. Just 15 minutes after the deadline, she brought my key and said "you are good to go" and I asked about the bill and she said, "it's on me". I was impressed that although service was a little behind, Bicole took responsibility for it and covered the charge for my tire patch. It honestly made my day!! Thank you so much!! More
