Excellent Customer Care The battery in my 2016 Kia Sorento failed 3 days before the 3 year battery warranty expired. My warranty documents stated the 3 year warranty. Accordi The battery in my 2016 Kia Sorento failed 3 days before the 3 year battery warranty expired. My warranty documents stated the 3 year warranty. According to Kia, the company withdrew the coverage. The Lokey Kia dealer decided the replace my battery at their expense. I am very impressed with the care this dealership gave me. They went way beyond what they were required to do. More

Amazing experience My salesman Tanoka, was hands down the best salesman I've ever interacted with. He is very professional and genuine. Tanoka totally eliminates the "typical car salesman" stereotype. I also felt as a mother to a young child he was calm and understanding when our daughter was getting a little restless with being at the dealership for so long, she even knocked one of his pictures down and he was very understanding and forgiving. Although this dealership is an hour away from where I live in Tampa (with many other dealerships much closer) I will be exclusively purchasing cars through Tanoka in the future. He really went above and beyond for us and his excellent service is a rare find especially in the sales industry.
