It was a good experience. Lacking in a few areas. My daughter and I went there 2 days . My daughter was there a lot longer than myself. We were both interested in purchasing a vehicle . I ended up get My daughter and I went there 2 days . My daughter was there a lot longer than myself. We were both interested in purchasing a vehicle . I ended up getting a Kia Soul. I am happy with the vehicle. But I was promised a second key, pink pinstripe and someone to show me all the ins and outs of everything in the vehicle. None of this happened. Typical car dealership salesman said he could get me into a vehicle 1000.00 down and payments around 300.00. And my payments are much more than that. But by how much surprised me. The deals changed a lot about 5 different deals were proposed. Almost seemed salesman would forget what he said each time. My daughter didn’t get a vehicle sat there for 2 days and missed work. She drives for Lyft. The salesman was well aware of this as he got a ride in her car to work and he promised her a vehicle and good payments then the second day he says sorry your income from Lyft isnt accepted. Almost made me get up and leave. But I like my daughter was in need of a car in good condition. I think that is something a regional salesman should know. And she missed 2 days of income for sitting there believing she was going to get a vehicle. Not good ways to treat customers. The next day she has run into some car problems that put her car out of commission and she hasn’t been able to work. So this has left an even more bad feeling about the salesman, dealership and what happened. Her income is documented by Lyft and can go back the whole time she has worked. She liked the vehicle a lot and was devastated. With a reliable vehicle she could have worked more and made more with Lyft. Yes I would recommend you for the vehicles you have but salesmen can be negotiable but not to the point to hurt someone financially and emotionally. So I would tell someone to check the salesman and don’t take his word as truth. More

Great service but car was sold w/ broken windshield. Over experience was good. Robert's overall knowledge for selling cars was questionable. Car had cracked windshield when sold which should never happen especially with the $879. we paid in dealer prep. Make me wonder what is actually done vs. what is on paper. Robert put our plate on with only one screw. He couldn't find another. Plate was rattling all the way home. I asked for the car's cigarette lighter which was missing and was told I don't need it but if I decide I do it could be found on-line. As we were taking possesion of the vehicle, we inquired if the gas was full. Robert said "no". We had to ask for a full tank with purchase of a new vehicle. Robert obtained a gas card a filled the tank. Car was not as clean as should be when taking delivery. Overall, I believe the $879.00 should be refunded to me, car be detailed and windshield replaced. Overall experience was " good" but not sure if I would send referrals. More
