Lokey Kia has been exceptional during the ~10 years I had my Optima. They were also able to get me out of a recent horrible deal with Lokey VW. Not all Lokey dealerships are the same so buyer beware. I've been bringing my KIA Soul 2013 to Lokey Clearwater for the past 9yrs. The guys in the parts department are so friendly and very helpful in all my requests. I waited to long for this service not to get a follow up from service tech. I has to check on my car after 3 hours. I was told it was going to take " some time". I have been a KIA customer for 8 years, an from service tech. I has to check on my car after 3 hours. I was told it was going to take " some time". I have been a KIA customer for 8 years, and have had 4 different vehicles. This by far was the worse experience I've ever had. All I needed was a tire repair. I was there for 3.5 hours. More
