1st maintenance visit for 2019 Soul At 1st the visit was a bit awkward in the Maintenance dept as the staff was not very approachable and I wasn’t quickly acknowledged being there but on At 1st the visit was a bit awkward in the Maintenance dept as the staff was not very approachable and I wasn’t quickly acknowledged being there but once the car was taken I went into the dealership and was greeted by a very friendly associate, Mike Murray, who immediately made me feel comfortable and we didn’t stop conversing until the car was ready! He has many personal customer acknowledgements on his desk wall and I can see why! Lokey Kia is lucky to have such a great member of their team. The car was ready in just over an hour as promised and was walked to the car by the Maintenance director who informed me on what exactly was done to the vehicle. Overall I was very pleased and looking forward to future visits. More

Great Service We brought our new vehicle in to have the Xylon treatment put on. Jay, (our sales person), set up our appointment for us.
