In and Out My 2016 Sorrento misfired and lost power while accelerating, the engine light came on and the tire pressure sensor system took a vacation. Sean took charge and I was back out again in VERY reasonable time. The service was at no charge to me. It was performed under warranty. So my car is now running fine and I paid nothing. My Sorrento is back on the road I gave Lokey KIA 5 stars because their auto service person Sean took care of my vehicle when it stopped working and had to be towed in by KIA cares. After having to wait a few days on parts for the repairs Sean was able to provide me with a loaner car which helped me to get to work. Very Poor Wife and I went to get a new lease. Was very surprised that this process took 5 hours. The previous lease was in my wife's name and we decided to put Wife and I went to get a new lease. Was very surprised that this process took 5 hours. The previous lease was in my wife's name and we decided to put this one in both our names. This resulted in my name going first causing a four month overlap on the vehicle registration. NowI will end up paying double for four months. Not happy about that. We questioned the man handling our finance documents and he brushed us off and said the DMV could fix it...however The DMV said that was your misake and can't be adjusted. Very poor way to treat a return customer. Also didn't appreciate the " snake oil" $ 3200 down that was waived. BS. When this lease is over We will go elsewhere. Kurt Popp More
