I purchased a brand new vehicle in Sept. and there is already a recall on it. The last few times I called I have had to call back at least 3 times because I keep getting hung up on. The last call went through and I waited for 45 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I have also texted my salesperson and never received a response. My first appt for recall had to be rescheduled because you were not prepared to perform service (my part was not ordered for the appt). I came in to see the scratch & dent guy & had an appointment which the sales guy knew nothing about. Then I waited over 2 hours to be told by the detailer he was only instructed to work on the passe appointment which the sales guy knew nothing about. Then I waited over 2 hours to be told by the detailer he was only instructed to work on the passenger side when I came in for a small dent on drivers side. Wolf never told him to look at that & I was only told by him it would cost a lot to replace a panel but he never even took it to the body shop when I was expecting an estimate. So all they did was rub out some small scratches on passenger side & never even addressed the reason I came in not good!!!! More
Disappointed that there was no warning of upcoming needs. Such as tire rotation, even though I had ask. Now I need new tires, a battery and brakes. David Woodman 4279 always greets us warmly. He always asks if we would like our car washed or if there was anything else he could help us with other than what I initially asked to have done. I like the people at the Dealership. But service takes too long. Check engine light issue took 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. Also Financing person shouldn’t change tv channel to World Cup while you’re watching something. Then just walks away. More

Waiting area is pretty dirty and small. Couches always have food crumbs all over them and smells a little weird. Service staff is nice but manager is nice but seems arrogant.
