I was very happy with the service I received here - from scheduling the appointment to the onsite experience! Their waiting area has comfortable chairs, TV and complimentary water, coffee and snacks. And my car was ready in the time they gave me. Tom Wilkins (Service Advisor) made sure what I requested was completed and they even washed my car! I will definitely be coming back to Lokey KIA! More

Service center great, detailing not so great. My oil change was fabulous, Kia even offers detailing my car after the oil change, added benefit to an already great product/company. Or so I thought it was a benefit, I entered my car after the detailing was suppose to be completed only to find a small pile of garbage on my front passenger seat., Windows were left dirty, front dash dusty etc... as far as detailing I think they just sprayed my car with water everything else that should have been done was not. I know detailing was offered as a free service but come on let's put some pride in your work. For my original reason coming in for an oil change KIA did a great job cuff is to your maintenance department. More
Communication poor. Had to return twice Took my car in for a starter that was going bad. Left the car because they had to order the part and would have it ready the next day. I called each day to find out the status. My advisor never called me back. The secretary would go check, and would tell me the next day. I’d call in the afternoon the next day, same story. Still no call from the advisor. Finally after a week of this, I called and was told it was ready. They earlier said I needed a new tire and I said to go ahead and replace. I picked up my car, and as I was driving off, the low tire light came on for the replaced tire. Turned around and took it back. Evidently, the tire sensor on the new tire had gone bad. They replaced it and I came back the next day again to pick it up. Within 24 hours, the new tire sensor was saying the tire was low again. I took it back again. This time, the tire sensor was hitting on the wrong tire. I had a small nail in the rear tire, which they fixed for free. My initial advisor gets a “0” star. The two guys that helped with the tire were helpful and called each time to let me know what was happening and when the car was ready. More
