Lacked care and fast service When I went in to drop off my car, there were only two people working and it seemed like neither one wanted to wait on me. When I went to pick up my car, they were more worried about how many dropped off cars there were and how far back the line went. I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before I was given my car and even then they didn't tell me how my car was. The service this time was not as good as last time. It really seemed like I was a burden to them. More

Back then, no one wanted to go to the dealer because they felt they were robbed and overpriced. I have seen it change for the better and the service has only gotten better each year. I like having a service technician, who knows you and your car. That's also great for Lokey to have loyalty. My tech is Dave and he's always smiling, explains anything to me that I ask. He's never pushy and doesn't try to oversell me on stuff I don't need. I've bought 5 cars from lokey and will continue to do so. And my cars have always run great. More
